room to the right, seating 8 people. To your left is a study/reading

area.

Large glass sliding doors show the lania that drops

down to the pool and heated spa. Beyond that is a private

dock with a breath taking waterway view.

The living room is fully fitted with sofas, tables, TV, DVD and

stereo. The kitchen serves the dining room, nook and living room.

The master bedroom has elevated views out over the water and its own

attached large bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed,

dressers and a TV.

The guest bedrooms to the front of the property share a bathroom

with bath/shower combination. Each bedroom has twin size beds.

The fourth guest bedroom has its own bathroom and Queen size bed.


The lania has plenty of seating and a large table on the top level.

On the lower level are the loungers, pool, and spa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Minutes away from both Boca Grande and Englewood beaches, the villa

is perfectly situated. Shops are within a two minute drive and the

center of town is only about 5 miles away.

The villa is surrounded by 72 holes of golf all within the Rotonda

area, and looks out onto the Links golf course. There are also

tennis courts and recreational parks nearby. Within driving distance

are several shopping malls and discount outlets.

Orlando is only two and half hours away to the northeast

and the Florida Keys are four hours away to the southwest.



Activities and Attractions

Water recreation around Englewood includes swimming, shelling,

searching for pre-historic sharks teeth, snorkeling, fishing,

shrimping and clamming. Nearby, you will find kayak and wave runner

rentals.


Early risers can watch turtle hatchlings emerge from their

nests during the months of July through September.


October is a great month for finding sand dollars buried in the

shallows or washing up on the shore.

For you fishermen, fishing charters are available for catching

Tarpon, Grouper, Snook, Reds, Trout, Shark, and more. Or, bring

your own boat. There are several local public ramps in the area.


Just to the south of Manasota Key is the world famous

Boca Grande pass, Tarpon fishing capital of the world. Between

Manasota Key and Boca Grande is Stump Pass and Little Gasparilla

Pass; both are excellent for fishing. And, later in the afternoon

simply pull up on the sandy shore, go for a swim, have a few drinks,

set up a barbeque, and grill your day's catch.

For golfers, there are more than ten courses within 20 miles.
